Blog Pimpin' Ain't Easy

Well, I suppose it is. Doing it now. *wink*

It’s not often that I have an idea and actually turn it into a reality. But I started with a casual interest in food and wine, developed a blog dedicated to it, and launched it earlier this week. It’s called, appropriately, A Year of Culinary Curiosity.


I started with a welcome post, dinner adventure, and breakfast, all in the first weekend of 2011, and I’ve since followed it up with two subsequent dinners, both with new wine choices. Discovering that I truly enjoy the entire process - from planning to cooking to photographing to posting - has been a great feeling of success with which to begin the new year. While other resolutions are off to a slow start, this one is a pleasant distraction and fun experience thus far.

Any promotion of my food/wine blog will be greatly appreciated. Special thanks to the many who’ve inspired me to do it, especially Amy, who regularly posts about her dinners. And thanks to all of you who’ve checked the blog already. I look forward to sharing my food and wine journey as the year progresses!
